“Whistleblowing” refers to reporting a concern or problem. This can be serious concerns or problems, or smaller ones that don’t seem so serious but do deserve attention. Royal Reesink’s Whistleblower Policy describes how we deal with reporting any concerns and problems. This allows us to ensure that every report is approached in an honest and objective manner.
This policy is based on Dutch and EU legislation. If the rules conflict with the legislation in the country where the employee works, the local laws will prevail.
