Developing future specialists through dual education in Kazakhstan
CT Assembly has partnered with the Higher North Kazakhstan Vocational and Pedagogical College to launch a dual education program that strengthens the next generation of technical specialists.
Introduced in 2024, the 3-years program gives technical students the opportunity to gain hands on experience with modern agricultural technologies directly at our assembly plant in Petropavlovsk. 15 students in two groups have already begun their multi year training journey. Upon graduation, participants have the opportunity to join the company, creating a strong pipeline of skilled professionals while contributing to the long term development of the regional workforce.
