Today, Royal Reesink signed the contract with the Danish Nicolaisen & Larsen A/S, making the company an official part of Royal Reesink. Nicolaisen & Larsen is the importer of JCB construction and industrial machines in Denmark and has a strong aftersales organization; a perfect fit with the strategy of Royal Reesink.

“After almost 60 years of ownership of Nicolaisen & Larsen A/S, of which 45 years as a JCB dealer, the day has now come where we say goodbye”, says Susanne Nicolaisen, former CEO and co-owner. “It is thus a chapter in our lives that ends, but we are very pleased that together with Royal Reesink a new chapter for the company starts already today”.

Experienced management
Bo Nørgaard has been appointed as COO and representative of Nicolaisen & Larsen, responsible for the day-to-day operations. He will be supported by the team of Royal Reesink and Per Stjernqvist. As an interim solution to bridge the gap after Susanne Nicolaisen, Per Stjernqvist will take the legal role as CEO. “Nicolaisen & Larsen has always been an icon in the machinery industry and surrounded by loyal customers who value service performed by dedicated employees. JCB and Nicolaisen & Larsen are both strong brands in Denmark, and if you add Royal Reesink, you get a winning formula”, says Bo Nørgaard. He continues: “Nicolaisen & Larsen is known for providing good service and for having great knowledge about JCB machines. This will only be strengthened in the future, as the Nicolaisen & Larsen team will focus even more on what brings value to our customers. The collaboration with Royal Reesink makes this journey extremely interesting.”
