Transition in Supervisory Board of Royal Reesink

Transition in Supervisory Board of Royal Reesink

As of 1 January 2026, Michiel Jaski resigns as a member and acting chair of the Board and Jurjen van der Wiel will join the Supervisory Board as supervisory board member. As from that date, the Supervisory Board will consist of Jan Bos, Koos van de Linde, Eline Oudenbroek, Roland Schuler and Jurjen van der Wiel.

Having served the Supervisory Board since 2020, Michiel Jaski has played a key role in stabilizing the organization during a period of change.

Jurjen van der Wiel brings extensive experience in business management, which will support the continued growth of Royal Reesink. His current positions include Senior Advisor at Bain Capital, Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Centric and HollandPTC, and Board Observer at IMS Nanofabrication. Jurjen van der Wiel will adopt a hands-on approach, supporting the Executive Committee in delivering Royal Reesink’s strategy agenda. Jurjen van der Wiel has been appointed for a four-year term.

Jan Bos will be appointed as Chair of the Supervisory Board. Jan Bos has consistently demonstrated strong commitment and valuable insights into the business, from which both the Supervisory Board and the Company will continue to benefit.

Royal Reesink is on a strong trajectory to becoming the leading family of global machinery equipment distributors. With these transitions we are confident that the composition of the Supervisory Board is well aligned to support the company in its next phase.

We are grateful to Michiel Jaski for his dedication and valuable contributions to Royal Reesink over the years.

On behalf of the Supervisory Board,

Koos van de Linde
